About Sean

Sean is a husband and father of 3 who has worked in the criminal justice field for the past 15 years. He has been an athlete all his life, competing in soccer, basketball, baseball and track and field. Sean is passionate about fitness and believes in teaching others the importance of staying active. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages assisting them to achieve their fitness goals. Sean is also a youth soccer and basketball coach.
