About Lori

“After having my first child 12 years ago, I found a new love for fitness. I set goals and achieved them.” Lori believes that workouts should always be fun, challenging, and motivating, not something you dread. “I will do whatever it takes to motivate my clients…even if it means I have to push myself right along side them.”

Not only is Lori a personal trainer, she also instructs group fitness classes, such as spin, bootcamp, and interval training. “I design my classes and programs so clients and students get the absolute MOST out of them. There is nothing better than seeing my students high fiving each other after an accomplishment.”
