About Ken

Ken is a father of 5 and has been working in law enforcement since 1996. A life-time committed athlete, Ken skies, hikes, and rock climbs, and compete in obstacle races as well as adventure races. “I love the challenge of pushing my body and mind to it’s limits to see what I am capable of achieving. My intensity and work ethic in the gym allows me to ski a challenging slope, climb a difficult route, or finish a grueling race. The feeling of conquering a challenge is the greatest kind of high.”
